Terms and Conditions
The terms that guide shopping with hayvenluux.
Store operator
Contact hayvenluux at [email protected] or 22 Rue De La Combe, 43100 Cohade, France. These terms apply to your use of hayvenluux.shop and purchases from hayvenluux. They do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Products and prices
Our tea trays are described on their individual product pages. Natural variation in handmade form and glaze may occur, and screen settings can affect displayed color. Dimensions are shown in centimeters and approximate converted inches. Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the applicable item prices, shipping charges, tax and total before payment.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment, you authorize the displayed total to be charged using your selected payment method. A payment is completed only when the payment service confirms the transaction. A declined, canceled or incomplete payment is not a completed purchase.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout information does not itself confirm acceptance of an order. Order acceptance and fulfillment are subject to verification of the transaction and the order information. Any order confirmation should be read together with the payment status communicated for that transaction. Contact us if you are uncertain about an order or payment.
Delivery
Shipping is available only to our stated delivery area. Processing and transit estimates are distinct and are not delivery guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for charges, cutoff time, business days and delivery details.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request period, ordinary return conditions, assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items, return shipping responsibility and approved refund timing.
Product use
These are tabletop trays for arranging tea ware. They have no drainage or water-storage system. Use a stable surface, avoid pouring excess water onto the tray and follow the product-specific care instructions. No food-contact or heat-resistance certification is claimed.
